The 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup is just around the corner. It's a platform that gives both the experienced guys and the youngsters a chance to shine on the biggest possible platform in cricket.

Five KKR players will represent their respective countries in the 12th edition of the Cricket World Cup that is set to kickstart on May 30th in England and Wales. Also, this will be the first stint for three of our Knights as they'll be itching to go hard at the biggest stage of the world cricket.

Lockie Ferguson for New Zealand, Kuldeep Yadav for India and Carlos Brathwaite for Windies are already in England & Wales and have an important role to play for their respective teams. Here's what we think of each player and how they can turn the tide in favour of their respective teams in the coming days.

Lockie Ferguson - Speed and fierce accuracy

The Kiwi pacer is one of the fastest international bowlers around. The right arm fast bowler consistently clocked over 150 kph during Vivo IPL 2019. His tailored accuracy and ability to york and bounce in two consecutive bowls makes him a deadly fast bowler to face.

The best of Kuldeep Yadav came on English soil

The left arm chinaman will take the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup as a fresh challenge. Kuldeep and Chahal are a lethal duo with the ball and if India is relying on spinners to produce the magic they don't have to look further.

Kuldeep's ODI career best 6 for 25 came in England. He's a match-winner and team India will expect him to produce the similar magic during the course of the tournament.

The experience of Carlos Brathwaite

The Windies team have some quality all-rounders. Carlos Braithwaite will make his World Cup debut in 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup. He has never played an ODI in England, but the experience of big moments makes him one of the most dangerous custodians in the Windies rank.
