Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) carefully before participating in the Kolkata Knight Riders (“KKR”) Matchday Giveaway Contest (“Contest”). By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by these T&C and the decisions of Kolkata Knight Riders (“Organizer”), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

  • Contest Summary

    • The Contest is being conducted by Kolkata Knight Riders across its official social media platforms, giving participants an opportunity to win match tickets and wireless headphones worth approximately ₹40,000.

    Participation in this Contest is voluntary and subject to the terms mentioned herein.

  • Contest Period

    • The Contest shall commence on [12th May, 2026] and end on [23rd May, 2026] (“Contest Period”).
    • Entries received outside the Contest Period shall not be considered.

  • Eligibility

    • To participate in the Contest, participants must:

    • Be 18 years of age or above at the time of participation.
    • Be a legal resident of India.
    • Have a valid account on the applicable social media platform(s).
    • Employees of KKR, its agencies, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate.

  • How to Participate

    • During the Contest Period, participants must complete all of the following steps:

    • Follow all official Kolkata Knight Riders social media accounts as mentioned in the contest post.
    • Correctly answer the contest question in the format specified in the contest post.
    • Complete any additional participation steps mentioned in the contest creative/post.

    Only entries fulfilling all participation criteria shall be considered valid.

  • Prize Details

    • Selected winners shall stand a chance to win:

    • Match Tickets for a designated KKR match.
    • Wireless Headphones worth approximately ₹40,000.

      • Prize(s):

    • Are non-transferable.
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
    • May be substituted by KKR with an equivalent prize at its sole discretion.

  • Winner Selection

    • Winners shall be selected from valid entries received during the Contest Period.
    • Selection may be based on correctness of answer, creativity, random draw, or internal evaluation by KKR.
    • The decision of KKR shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.

  • Winner Verification & Prize Fulfilment

    • Selected winners shall be contacted by KKR or its appointed agency via direct message, email, or phone.
    • Winners must respond within 24 hours of communication. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeline may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
    • Winners shall be required to provide a valid PAN Card or Aadhaar Card for identity verification.
    • Winners of the headphones giveaway shall also be required to share their complete delivery address, contact number, and shipping details for prize fulfilment.
    • Failure to submit the required documents/details within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

  • Disqualification

    • KKR reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

    • Submits incomplete or incorrect entries.
    • Uses fake, duplicate, or fraudulent social media accounts.
    • Attempts to manipulate, tamper with, or unfairly influence the Contest process.
    • Violates these T&C or applicable platform guidelines.

  • Rights of Organizer

    • KKR reserves the right to:

    • Modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
    • Change the prize(s), participation criteria, or Contest mechanics at its sole discretion.
    • Use winner names, usernames, photos, videos, or submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

  • Platform Disclaimer

    • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, or  YouTube.

  • Limitation of Liability

    • KKR shall not be responsible for:

    • Technical failures, network issues, or delayed entries.
    • Lost, incomplete, or invalid submissions.
    • Any injury, damage, or loss arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    • This Contest and these T&C shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata.

    By participating in this Contest, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
