The Indian men's and women's teams have landed in the UK and have started their quarantine. The teams took a chartered flight and it seems the players had quite an entertaining journey to the much awaited series.

"I had quite a solid nap. The first two hours I spent watching a movie and then the next 6 hours I slept. I am having breakfast now and feel absolutely fresh," said Axar Patel, while grabbing his meal inside the flight.

When asked what his plans are after reaching the hotel, Axar quipped, "What else, we need to be quarantined!" He further added, "Apparently for the next three days we can't meet each other."

The Wall of Indian cricket of the current generation, Cheteshwar Pujara also had an enjoyable experience along with his family during the flight. "I slept well. Still, I had to be awake for some time. But my daughter also slept well," he said.

Watch the fun moments of their journey here:

Shubman Gill, along with other players could be seen munching on their snacks, while the women cricketers appeared to be all smiles and in a jovial mood.

Md Siraj, however, had a different story to share. It seems, Rohit Sharma didn't let the speedster sleep well! Siraj opened up on his travel experience after landing in London, while on their way to Southampton.

"We just landed at Heathrow. It's a two-hour journey from here to the hotel. I could sleep for barely two hours and then Rohit (Sharma) bhai came and woke me up. After that I could barely sleep for a couple of hours before landing. I feel tired because yesterday we had a heavy running session," Siraj said.

The men's and women's team will now be quarantining for the next three days at the Ageas Bowl, which hosts the World Test Championship Final, starting on June 18.
