Two high scoring thrilling wins at home. The table toppers Kolkata Knight Riders will face a different looking Delhi side in their first of four consecutive away Vivo IPL 2019 fixtures, starting with tonight’s clash at Feroz Shah Kotla.

Head to Head
DC: 8 | KKR: 13 (Overall)
DC: 3 | KKR: 5 (At Feroz Shah Kotla)

Overall, Kolkata Knight Riders have dominated the team from the Capital in the recent past. KKR have won three of the last four meetings. Delhi came out on top against the visitor last time they faced each other at the same venue.

Delhi Capitals this year on paper and on field are trying to play a different brand of cricket altogether but haven't found the right combination. On the other hand, KKR are more than a settled side with the bat. The experienced spin trio of Piyush Chawla, Kuldeep Yadav and Sunil Narine will test the Delhi batters just like CSK did in their previous game.

Shikhar Dhawan vs Spin Trio
Both Narine & Kuldeep have dismissed the opener twice in the IPL. Dhawan has scored 49 runs from 49 balls against Narine and 21 from 25 balls against Kuldeep. The southpaw though has a better record against Piyush Chawla with 67 runs from 44 balls without being dismissed even once.

PC vs Delhi
The leggie with 20 scalps is just one wicket short to become the joint highest wicket-taker against Delhi in IPL.

KKR Team News:
The team in two home fixtures were on top of things, at least with the bat. Despite less contributions from Chris Lynn and Dinesh Karthik at the top and the middle order, the team has scored mountains of runs with ease. There's enough balance in their batting order to score big.

The bowlers are yet to click and a game-changing performance is yet to come from the bowling perspective. The spin trio will look to make the most of the turning track of Feroz Shah Kotla.

Delhi Capitals Team News:
For the home side, it will be about testing the Knights with the spin on a surface that is expected to remain slow. It was against KKR when Shreyas took over the captaincy from Gautam Gambhir last year. His 93* runs took the home side to 219 runs in the first innings and Delhi won the match comfortably in the end by 55 runs.

Rishabh Pant is a danger man for any bowler and the Capitals will rely heavily on him to perform against KKR tonight. Also, Morris has joined the team and will play an important role both with the bat and ball.
