Rinku Singh, who has been an integral part of our Knight Riders family since 2018, will miss out on IPL 2021 due to a knee injury. Gurkeerat Singh Mann, who was part of Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2020, will be replacing Rinku in the KKR squad.

KKR acquired Gurkeerat at his base price of Rs 50L. The Punjab-based all-rounder, who was released by RCB ahead of the IPL 2021 auction, has 41 IPL matches to his name and is known for his big-hitting abilities and useful off-break spells.

“It is a great feeling to join KKR this season. KKR has a great team and I look forward to contributing to it with the best of my abilities. I am really excited,” Gurkeerat said after joining Team KKR.

We wish Gurkeerat a great season ahead and Rinku a speedy recovery. Korbo, Lorbo, Jeetbo!
